Do you want to build trust and up-skill your people?
We help organisations build workplace engagement, social connection and EQ skills by co-designing learning programs and memorable interactive workshops for their people.
"I want social connection to be at forefront of healthcare, education and workplaces. People have forgotten how to (or don't know how to) use their EQ & social skills to improve their wellbeing. We co-design the communication skills necessary for change, embedded are trauma informed care processes throughout our evidence based digital toolkit. Most importantly, we deliver live memorable interactive experiences to build confidence.
This is change that adds value. This is wellbeing innovation"
Emeli Paulo, co- Founder Collective Potential
Emeli is focused on one thing: "How can we empower individuals to improve and monitor their own health and wellbeing - ongoing?".
When Emeli first started in the health industry, two decades ago, the term mental health was not used as it is today. Emeli has empowered the mindsets and inspired the hearts of half a million Australians through live in person events and reaching 1 million online globally.
For social innovation to occur, we cannot rely on Government services alone. Emeli advocates for co-designed, peer led and community capacity building social innovation. Her focus lies in social connection theory and the important role it plays in improving health issues.
Emeli has set up five social impact ventures, most known for being the start up co-Founder of Collective Potential, a Wellbeing Education Training social enterprise. As a self confessed, serial social entrepreneur, she has co-designed, developed and delivered social change initiatives ranging from national preventative mental health and grassroots advocacy campaigns to co-designing peer led programs addressing complex issues such as mental health, indigenous, female, youth, employment, LGBTIQ, homelessness, family violence, disability.
Her mission is to advocate for social innovation in the public health sector and has collaborated with an extensive list of NGO's - Whitelion, Lighthouse, Oaktree, Good Shepherd, R U Ok?, Beyond Blue, DHSS, DSS, Ducere, One Girl, IWDA,. Her international development experience with trauma effected groups in Africa (Botswana, Sth Africa), Middle East (Iran, Israel, Palestine), Thailand (Tsunami, Phi Phi Is), Ireland (Belfast & Dublin), USA (Brooklyn, Bronx) reminds her to stay focused on global impact.
Her powerhouse mobilizations has led her to personal meetings with great influencers of our time; Oprah Winfrey, His Holiness Dalai Lama, Sir Richard Branson, Russell Brand, Bono and Brene Brown. She was personally mentored by many Australian people of influence; namely the late Jim Stynes as a recognised youth leader, co-leading thousands of social innovation projects and program teams for the national youth organisation, The Reach Foundation.
